The importance of training and development of triceps
The triceps muscle of the shoulder acts as an extensor of the posterior chain of the hands. Consists of three bundles.
This is a very important muscle group that takes part in all pressing exercises and takes on most of the load. Therefore, it is extremely important for powerlifters, benchers and weightlifters to train it.
For fitness and bodybuilding, triceps is also very important, as it basically gives volume to the arms. Indeed, this muscle group occupies most of the circumference of the arm, and not the biceps. And of course, embossed 3 beams look very nice.
Exercises
These are all kinds of bench presses that are basic exercises - bench press with a narrow grip, French bench press with a barbell and dumbbells. Also from the basic ones are push-ups on the uneven bars with pressed elbows, rollouts with dumbbells.
More isolated - tate press, extension of the arms on the block and in the slope.
You can do workouts both at home and in the gym.
To develop triceps strength and assist work, do approximately 3 sets of 4 to 8 reps. To work on the mass and terrain, perform 3-4 trips of 10-12 reps.
