Equipment Use

A very important point. It is clear that not everyone has the opportunity to buy a lot of equipment and fill their house with it. Therefore, alternatives are needed. And they exist!

  • Dumbbells: Necessary and versatile equipment, a must-have. They allow you to perform a multitude of strength exercises. They are inexpensive and don't take up much space.
  • Barbell: An important piece of sports equipment. I would recommend purchasing a regular straight bar with a small set of plates. This will be sufficient for a start. It also doesn't take up much storage space.
  • Folding and versatile bench press: This is more complex and requires space. It's not 100% essential but desirable for your ambitions and progress. However, it's not needed immediately and should be chosen individually.
  • Racks: Similar situation to the universal bench. Under certain conditions, racks may be necessary. A little trick: racks and benches can be a single complex. There are such models on the market. We consider the availability of this equipment when creating training plans. We make plans for now but also consider potential future progress.
