A grip machine or a Bruce Lee trainer is not a big power projectile for developing grip strength.

Known as the Bruce Lee simulator, because, as stated by the master himself, he often worked on it and possibly contributed to the development of the design. It is a small free weight machine that is easy to move and has a relatively small size.

Training on the grip machine allows you to effectively pump the forearms, and especially the fingers and grip strength, perfectly developing squeezing power.

Advantages of the grip machine

- The load on the fingers is uniform, without drops like on expanders, it is possible to train both each hand separately and both hands at the same time.

- Very convenient to vary the load

- Suitable for both amateur and professional level.

Therefore, if you want to pump the muscles of the forearm in the most comprehensive way and develop grip strength, then training on a flu machine will be a good addition to your training program.

Allows you to effectively develop grip strength with the possibility of increasing the load, discs from the bar are used as weights. You can train your hands both separately and at the same time.

It may be difficult to purchase, since the simulator is quite rare, but it is not difficult to make it according to the drawing

Execution technique

Everything is quite simple

- warm up your fingers well;

- first set a small weight and make a set;

- then add weights and work in a small range of repetitions;

- it is also possible to apply static at the top point

It is better to train on this simulator separately from the main basic exercises. Also, if your training provides for a separate study of the forearm and grip, then it is ideal to put bending on the grip machine in it.

From my experience, I highly recommend using the grip machine for grip strength training.
