Dexter "The Blade" Jackson is an American bodybuilder, winner of the Mr. Olympia title in 2008 and a five-time champion of the Arnold Classic competition.

He has made history in bodybuilding with the highest number of victories in professional tournaments, boasting 29 wins to his name. As of 2020, he was the oldest competitor at the top level of the sport.

Despite his relatively small stature, Dexter has always maintained harmonious proportions, with less massive muscle compared to other bodybuilding giants.

Path to Success:

Dexter Jackson was born on November 25, 1969, in Jacksonville, Florida.

In 1989, Dexter achieved his first victory in a local show, igniting his ambition. He began training rigorously, dreaming of a professional career. After a three-year hiatus focused on gaining muscle mass, Dexter returned to the stage in 1995, immediately winning first place at the US Championship.

In 1998, Dexter obtained his professional card, paving his way to the pinnacle of bodybuilding. The following year, he debuted at the Arnold Classic, securing an honorable 7th place.

Titles:

Over the following years, Dexter Jackson became a true dominator on the professional scene. He won the Arnold Classic three times in a row (2005, 2006, 2008), as well as triumphing in many other prestigious tournaments.

In 2008, after eight attempts, Dexter finally won the Mr. Olympia title, defeating the reigning champion Jay Cutler. This victory marked the culmination of his career.
